We pride ourselves in offering Texas Czech and German heritage inspired food. The menu is seasonal and changes every weekend. Our guests can enjoy true Texas treats like Chicken Fried Rib Eye, Popo’s Meatloaf Sandwich and Gulf Coast Texas Shrimp or scrumptious “pul a pul” style food (half Czech – half German) like Bread Dumplings, Goulash and Topinka Bread; and several other continental courses such as the Vegan Von Minden, Gresser Pear Salad and Duck Quesadillas. We are also known around these parts for our fresh baked, homemade desserts, so make sure you save some room!

In the Biergarten & Saloon enjoy 14 beers on tap, Pre-Prohibition cocktails including our secret recipe called Sengelmann Hall Punch. (And it does have quite a punch!)
